* CLAP-CLAP, CLAP-CLAP-CLAP *

VOUS LE MÉRITEZ
* CLAP-CLAP, CLAP-CLAP-CLAP *

VOUS LE MÉRITEZ
* CLAP-CLAP, CLAP-CLAP-CLAP *

Tu m'as élevé.

Chandler Scott: Tu m'as poussé à mes limites.

Chandler Scott: Allez, Cherry…

Edwards pointe vers Chandler Scott puis revient vers lui.

Geoff Penzer: "The Burning Heart" veut Chandler Scott à Final Frontier!

Ashley Sullivan: Chez Above and Beyond, j'avais mon propre défi à surmonter.

Amanda Johnson: Ah… oui, euh…

Salem: Comment je me sens?

(c) Salem contre Ashley Sullivan

De Bradley Beach, New Jersey! Représentant Triple A… ASHLEY SULLIVAN !!!

Let’s see if she can build on this…

Salem picks up Sullivan and goes for an irish whip. But Sullivan reverses, sending Salem into the ropes. Sullivan throws out another spinning heel kick. This time, she throws it out too early, allowing Salem to hang onto the ropes. After Sullivan crashes onto the canvas, she slowly sits back up. Salem then rushes over and throws out a Penalty Kick. But Sullivan grabs a hold of the leg! She then slowly gets back to her feet. Sullivan then takes the leg, swings it away from her and grabs Salem from behind. She lifts the champ up for a belly to back suplex. But Salem rolls over her shoulder and lands on her feet. Salem then sets up for an inverted Exploder Suplex when Sullivan counters with multiple elbows to the back of the head. She then runs into the ropes. When Sullivan returns, she brings Salem down with a hurricanrana. Sullivan picks up Salem and sets up for a DDT. But before she can fall back and plant Salem into the mat, Salem grabs her, runs forward and rams her back-first into the corner. The US Champ follows up with repeated shoulder thrusts in the corner. She then steps back and rocks Sullivan with a roundhouse kick, sending the challenger slumping down in the corner. From there, Salem reaches down and nails Sullivan with rapid fire alternating elbow strikes while the crowd cheers! While Sullivan is dazed, Salem nails her with a hard chest kick. Then a second. Then a third! Followed by a fourth! The Witch then drags Sullivan from out of the corner before making the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Salem was just laying into Sullivan with those blows! She’s letting the challenger know that she means business here in tonight’s opening contest.

Salem pulls up the challenger and knocks her back with a hard chest kick. The Witch marches over and connects with another hard chest kick, knocking Sullivan into the ropes. The Witch then turns and runs into the far ropes. But unbeknownst to her, Sullivan is running right behind her. As soon as Salem’s back hits the ropes, Sullivan catches her with a back elbow strike! While the champ is rocked, Sullivan turns and runs back into the far ropes. But unbeknownst to her, Salem is right behind her! As soon as Sullivan hits the ropes, Salem connects with a Cactus Clothesline, sending them both tumbling over the top rope and crashing to the floor!

Geoff Penzer: Both champion and challenger just took a tumble to the floor after that wild clothesline from Salem!

Salem rolls back inside before getting back to her feet. Sullivan then begins to stir on the outside. Once the challenger starts to pick herself back up, Salem runs into the far ropes. When she comes back, the crowd cheers when she goes for a slingshot plancha. But Sullivan dives back into the ring at the last second, causing Salem to splat on the outside!

Geoff Penzer: Nobody was home! Salem is down and could be hurt! This could spell bad news for the champion!

Sullivan gets up on all fours before picking herself back up. On the outside, Salem holds her lower back as she turns over onto a knee. While the champ starts to pick herself back up, Sullivan turns and runs into the far ropes. When she comes back, she goes for a baseball slide. But Salem slips out of the way. Once Sullivan slips to the outside, lands on her feet and turns to Salem, Salem throws out a high impact spinning backfist. But Sullivan ducks, grabs Salem from behind, lifts her up and delivers a belly to back suplex onto the apron! The cheers continue as she rolls back into the ring before running to the far ropes. When Sullivan returns, she connects with a baseball slide, knocking Salem off the apron and back to the floor! Sullivan heads over towards the corner and slaps the top turnbuckle repeatedly to get the crowd riled up. Once she sees Salem starting to stir on the outside, Sullivan begins to scale the turnbuckle. When Sullivan gets to the top, the crowd cheers when she backflips off and takes Salem down with a moonsault to the outside!

Geoff Penzer: The high risk pays off for Ash Sully as she just took out Salem on the floor! Are we seeing the US Championship beginning to slip out of Salem’s hands!?

But Sullivan leaps into the air and counters with Into Dust (Codebreaker)!!! Salem bounces off of Sullivan’s knees before rolling across the ring.

When Sullivan returns, she delivers the Wind Whisper (Rolling Senton) across Salem’s back! She then pulls Salem back up, doubles her over with a knee to the midsection and follows up with a clubbing strike across the back before locking her in the Web (Octopus Hold)!

Geoff Penzer: Oh uh! Sullivan’s got Salem trapped in her Web!

The ref kneels down and asks Salem if she wants to give up. But the champ refuses. Sullivan continues to wear down Sullivan with the hold. The ref continuously checks in with Salem and asks if she wants to give up. But once again, Salem refuses. The Witch begins to wail when Sullivan starts to really cinch in the hold.

Geoff Penzer: Salem’s really feeling the effects of that hold now. Salem just became US Champion a few short weeks ago. Now her championship is in jeopardy right now. Can she can on!? Can she survive the Web!?

We get a close up shot on the anguished look on Salem’s face. While Sullivan continues to keep the hold applied, we switch to another camera shot. It’s a shot behind the two. But down in the lower part of the frame, we can see the FGA United States Championship. The camera switches back to Salem as she stares out at her championship. The ref once again asks her if she wants to give up. Salem grits her teeth while Sullivan continues to try for the submission. Salem fights like hell to stay alive in this match. Once again, she refuses to quit. Salem then slowly takes one step forward with her right leg! She then takes another step forward with her left leg! The crowd begins to rally behind Salem as she takes another step forward with her right leg. She then takes another step forward with the left leg. The champion begins to make her way towards the side of the ring, step by step, while Sullivan continues to keep the hold applied. Salem slowly reaches her free arm out… and grabs the middle rope, forcing a rope break! Sullivan reluctantly breaks the hold.

Geoff Penzer: What determination we just saw there by the champion!

Sullivan turns Salem around, presses her up against the ropes and lights up her chest with knife edge chops. She then takes Salem and whips her into the far ropes. When Salem returns, Sullivan throws out a clothesline, which Salem ducks before continuing to run the ropes. When Salem returns, Sullivan throws out a back elbow to the face. Once again, Salem ducks before heading into the far ropes. When Salem comes back, Sullivan goes for a leapfrog. But Salem catches her across her shoulders and quickly follows up with a Ushigoroshi! The crowd explodes with cheers as Sullivan bounces off of Salem’s knee!

Geoff Penzer: Salem just turned the tide of this match with that fireman’s carry neckbreaker! Both champion and challenger are down! Can Salem regain control of this match!?

We switch to the locker room of AAA where Ashley Chase and Antoinette Sands are preparing for their upcoming Tag Team Title match against The Chaotics. However while Ant seems to be her usual Alien loving self as she is reading yet another UFO book while holding Peanut in her arms, AMC seems to be much more serious that we have seen her thus far in FGA.

AMC: Ant tonight we face off with Logan Alexander and Ashlyn De Luca for those Tag Team Titles. Now we are the HKW Tag Team Champions but that is not enough for me as I want more! Maybe I am greedy but I do not care as I want ALL the gold!!

Ant nods and mumbles something but we can’t be sure she was actually talking to her partner or just reading her book.

AMC: I may not be as familiar with Logan but me and De Luca go way back! We both have hated TCB and we both have beat TCB up. We have both won the HKW Bloodlust title and while she was not as good a champion as I was she still held her own in that division! Hell I even broke her Ipod and never replaced it until two weeks ago when I sent her a new one. Now while she claims to have a hate on for me I doubt that is true since she sent me a bunch of nudes for my birthday last month. Hell some of them were even of her so I think it is safe to say we are tight these days.

Antoinette is looking at AMC as she obviously caught that comment about the nude pictures.

AMC: However you need not worry Ant as I know you are thinking if you two are tight can you wrestle against her and the answer is yes. Regardless of how tight me and De Luca are if there is one thing Peanut has taught me is that friendship ends when the bell rings and tonight when that bell rings you and me will be whooping some ass and taking those tag titles for ourselves and we will become duo tag team champions of the WORLD!!!!

Antoinette has gone back to her book.

AMC: Um as you can see by reading that book “Sun Tzu’s Art Of War” there are many many ways for us to make our opponents suffer. By um using what you are learning in that book we will no doubt become victorious and capture those tag titles just as we did before. I mean we both know that we would of won that Dynamic Duo’s Tournament if not for outside interference this why we are getting a title shot now as even FGA knew we should be the real winners of that tournament and that is why tonight WE WILL WIN!!!

AMC looks over at Ant who is still reading her book to Peanut.

Antoinette Sands: Sensationnel. There was a total cover up at the highest levels.

AMC: Exactly!! Wait what? Cover up? I don’t think FGA covered anything up because well we are getting our title shot tonight and we did get to beat up The Resistance after the fact so I don’t think there was a cover up.

Antoinette Sands: They will guide us through the New Age and beyond. Total victory and everything will be made better because of it.

AMC shakes her head in agreement.

AMC: Damn right! Peanut will lead us to the promised land and then the AAA Age will begin here in FGA, I also agree that we need Total Victory tonight to ensure our title reign gets off on the right foot. Glad we are in agreement Ant as i thought maybe you were not paying attention.

AMC looks over at Antoinette and her smile fades as she realizes Ant is in fact not paying attention to her but was just reading out loud to Peanut for her “Aliens Among Us” book by Author Ruth Montgomery.

AMC: SULLY!!!!!! SULLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Antoinette Sands: Think she is in the trainer's room.

AMC stomps her foot on the ground and storms out to find Ashley Sullivan while Antoinette giggles as she is obviously messing with her partner and had been listening to her the whole time.

We go backstage to one of the dressing rooms, where we find the FGA World Tag Team Champions getting ready for their upcoming title match in the main event– the initial sight of them drawing a loud, unusually mixed reaction from the audience. Logan Alexander is sitting on one of the benches against the wall across from the door leading into the room, adjusting his wrist bands and then his footwear. The entire time he can be clearly heard humming ‘We are the champions’, drawing the ire of the live crowd. Ashlyn, who had originally been behind him, checking her features in the reverse-camera on her phone, moves past the bench, bending down to pick up her half of the Tag Team Titles. Logan glances over towards her.

Logan Alexander: So, ready to go and take care of some business with… is it still Triple A even though we’re only facing two of them officially? Should it be Double A instead?

Ashlyn blinks a few times, a finger resting on her chin as she ponders.

Ashlyn De Luca: “Double A”? Mmmm… I dunno if they can use “Double A”, can they? It’s… it’s one of those things we aren’t allowed to talk about I think.

Ashlyn waves her hand a bit, indicating that the conversation could grow a bit too meta for her taste.

Logan Alexander: I probably am overthinking it. It’s just one of those things you think about in passing and it sticks with you for some odd reason. I’d suggest something like the A Team, but I think I might hang onto that one for myself. One day I might be able to find a bunch of Canadians to partner with and we can spell it with an E-H for a laugh.

While this easily garners chuckles from the crowd, Ashlyn motions for Logan to suddenly be quiet.

Ashlyn De Luca: Hold that thought though. You hear that footstep pattern?

Both of the champions grow suddenly silent, each perking an ear slightly toward the direction of the door. Logan turns toward Ashlyn, eyes narrowed in curiosity as Ashlyn nods a bit, casually moving toward the door.

Ashlyn De Luca: Amanda Johnson in three… two…

Ashlyn pulls the door open and the interviewer seamlessly steps into the locker-room, looking from Ashlyn to Logan.

Amanda Johnson: I just want answers.

Logan Alexander: That will depend on the questions. We do have something important to focus on tonight…

He glances towards Ashlyn.

Logan Alexander: But we’ll see if we can accomodate you.

Amanda blinks a few times and sighs.

Amanda Johnson: Alright. Let me start with a simple one. Above & Beyond. After the match, the beatdown you guys laid on Peaches and Dan– now that three weeks have gone by and you’ve had time to think about what you did in the heat of the moment, aren’t you worried? Aren’t you a little concerned? I mean… you guys did leave the arena pretty quickly after the attack.

Logan Alexander: We’d done our jobs and wanted to leave. I really didn’t feel like having my fist hit by anymore faces either.

Ashlyn smirks at the comment, giving Logan Alexander a proud fist bump, before Amanda Johnson continued.

Amanda Johnson: But when the Polychromatic L–

Ashlyn De Luca: Stop. Stoooppp… stop.

Ashlyn shakes her head, rubbing her eyes with her free had for a moment before sighing.

Ashlyn De Luca: This? This is exactly the issue, dude. We’re about to face a tag team that earned a shot at our titles tonight in Triple… Double… Triple A. And all you can talk about are the RELATIVES of the GENERAL MANAGER that doesn’t even actually give a damn about this brand. We are in a high stakes, tag team main event tonight with a very réel chance of losing our championships. Except… unlike at Above & Beyond, we’re not in danger of losing them because one of the other nerds in the match could lose it for us without our involvement– but because we’re facing a credible tag team.

Ashlyn gives Amanda a proud wink as she adjusts the Tag Team Title belt on her shoulder.

Ashlyn De Luca: I know. We’re surprised too.

Logan nods in agreement.

Logan Alexander: Triple A had a war with the Resistance at Above and Beyond. They had a massive power disadvantage and they had to face down that man mountain Ragnar, who pretty much weighs what their trio does. By the end of the match, they even had to overcome being down one member. But you know what, they did it. They overcame a difficult situation and were able to secure a victory. So here tonight, we are focused on them. They aren’t going to have Sullivan helping them in the ring, but they’ve got a few advantages and momentum behind them coming into this title match.

He points back and forth between himself and Ashlyn.

Logan Alexander: We know we’ve got a challenge on our hands tonight. Triple A bring something different to this fight against us. They have proven that they are championship calibre outside FGA. We are not going to dismiss them or overlook them like so many others seem to be doing now.

Ashlyn De Luca: …and Ashley stole my iPod once. I never got over it. It was a Nano. Not a big deal but like– you can’t get those anymore. It’s basically a collector’s item. Donc voilà. I’m a little bent.

Logan Alexander: You know how much getting one on Ebay or Etsy would cost?

Ash nods quickly, eyes closed, taking a deep breath.

Ashlyn De Luca: It’s still a sore spot.

Amanda Johnson: I’m sorry?

Ashlyn De Luca: It’s fine. I bought the iPod Classic. It’s… it’ll do.

Amanda Johnson: No. I mean–

Ashlyn De Luca: Alright. That’s enough. Clearly all you want to talk about are Herreras, but WEEE… we have our eye locked on the real threat. We know what Chase and Sands can do. We saw it. We paid attention. nous comprendre. And we respect what they’re capable of. I just, like– ha… uuuuughhh, dude, imagine how much easier it would be if certain people gave us that same respect? Imagine, Amanda.

Logan Alexander: That doesn’t seem to be in the cards though. We seem to be surrounded on all sides by people that just want to belittle us. So, we put them in the rearview mirror one by one after putting them in their place in the ring. Right now, the teams we’ve put behind us are just going to have to remain there while we do what champions do, face down our next challengers and do what needs to be done to prove that we still belong at the top.

Amanda Johnson: But you can’t just expect the Poly–

Ashlyn De Luca: Holy sh… alright– do you have literally une question about AAA? One?

Amanda Johnson: Bien sûr. I have several. I want to know how you p–

Ashlyn De Luca: Well, you should have started with those. Get out. Done talking to you.

Amanda looks slightly taken aback, shoulders slumping in annoyance.

Amanda Johnson: Are you serious?

Ashlyn rolls her eyes toward the interviewer. The Tag Team Champions stare at Amanda in silence for a few seconds until Johnson finally draws a deep breath and nods, giving a faux, tight-lipped smile to the pair.

Amanda Johnson: I’ll remember to start with something different next time then.

Johnson shakes her head a little and turns, marching out of the dressing room. Ashlyn snorts softly and walks over to the door, pushing it closed again before she turns to Logan, raising a brow.

Ashlyn De Luca: They are good.

She lifts her Tag Team Title belt up just a bit.

Ashlyn De Luca: But they’re not this good.

Logan smiles back at Ashlyn.

Logan Alexander: We just need to go out there and prove why we are better. Not like we haven’t been doing that for five months already with every challenger that has come our way. Chase and Sands are something new for us, so let’s see how they stack up against the best.

Ashlyn’s gaze falls back down toward her title. The camera begin to pan in toward the belt as Ashlyn, barely audibly, repeats the last two words.

Ashlyn De Luca: …the best…

With the World Tag Team Championship taking up the entire final shot, we fade away.

★★★ SINGLES MATCH ★★★
Mark Storm vs. Patrick Jones

"I Won't Back Down" by Burn Halo fills the arena. At the first drum beats, a spotlight flickers on the entrance way with Jones coming out as the bass starts in a surge of energy. He spins a full circle with his arms stretched out to revel in the crowd's energy. The spin completes at the top of the ramp where Jones drops to a knee with a big, over-handed fist pump. PJ takes a moment to enjoy the cheers around him and collect his thoughts before hopping to his feet.

Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Louisville, Kentucky! Weighing in at 235 pounds… PATRICK JONES!

He jogs down the ramp, talking to and high-fiving fans, trying to get them as pumped up and ready to go as he is. Jones goes straight from the ramp and jumps onto the ring apron before ducking through the second and third rope, giving another, slower spin just to drink in the environment.

"Short Change Hero" by The Heavy begins to play through the speakers and the lights in the arena simultaneously dim down. Smoke begins to rise from the top of the stage and appearing on the screen above are the following words;

YOUR HERO, AND MINE

Boo's echo through the arena as Mark Storm emerges from the mist of smoke, chewing gum calmly as he takes off his shades and stares down at the ring. He can't help but allow his sadistic signature smirk to appear upon his lips as he closes his eyes and spreads his arms out wide, soaking in the jeers of the audience.

Melanie Sierra: And his opponent, hailing from New York, Brooklyn! Weighing in at 225 pounds! He is Votre Hero, and Mine.. MARRKKKK STORMMMMMM

He begins his walk down the entrance ramp, with a leather coat completing his attire as he comes down the entrance ramp.

This ain't no place for no hero.
This ain't no place for no better man.
This ain't no place for no hero
To call "home."

At this point, Storm is by the edge of the ring; allowing a smile to embed on his face before he jumps onto the apron and holds onto the ropes, using them to help himself up onto the turnbuckle. He's grinning from ear to ear, soaking in the rest of the boo's coming from the audience, shaking his head sideways as he lowers it, before jumping into the ring.

Taking off his leather coat, he hands it to the ring announcer before walking over to his designated corner and hoisting himself up onto the second ropes, a smirk upon his lips as he holds his arms up; his theme song slowly diminishing.

Geoff Penzer: Both of these grapplers are looking for some momentum as we march towards the Final Frontier of 2018. Jones has shown that his skills are still up to par. He’s just looking for that breakout win. On the other side of the ring, Mark Storm has held his first FGA championship here in 2018, the FGA 15 Championship. There’s no doubt that Storm has his eyes set on even bigger opportunities here in the tail-end of 2018 and beyond.

The bell sounds as Storm and Jones lock up. Jones is quick to take Storm down with a pair of arm drags. Once Storm gets back to his feet, Jones goes for an irish whip, which Storm reverses. When Jones comes back, Storm sets up for a back body drop. Jones sees it coming and goes to counter with a sunset flip. But Storm rolls through it and follows up with a spinning back kick to the face! He drops down and makes the cover.

When Storm returns, Jones throws him down with a back body drop! Geoff Penzer: Storm has just been sent to the floor with that clothesline from Jones!

Storm pulls himself up using the ropes. As Jones heads over towards the side of the ring, Storm quickly reaches back in and yanks Jones down to the mat. After dragging Jones to the outside, Storm hoists him up and brings him down with a flapjack on the floor! The boos continue as he takes Jones and rolls him back inside. After rolling back inside, Storm gets to his feet, picks up Jones and delivers a backbreaker followed by a gutbuster. Storm then grabs Jones, pulls him back up and sends him into the opposite corner with an irish whip. As Storm runs in to attack, Jones knocks him back with a back elbow to the face. Storm runs back into the corner. This time, Jones knocks him back with a boot to the face. He then darts out of the corner and knocks Storm down with a running forearm! Jones heads into the ropes. Jones picks up Storm and sets him up with a German Suplex from behind. But before Jones can deliver the move, Storm counters with a pair of back elbows to the face. After performing a standing switch, Storm follows up with a bicycle knee strike to the back of the head! Once Jones drops down to a knee, Storm takes off into the ropes. When he comes back, the crowd boos when he flattens Jones with a running bicycle knee strike to the face! Storm pulls Jones back up to his feet and delivers two palm strikes, followed by two elbow strikes, followed by a shoot kick to the leg, followed by a spinning backfist, then a rolling clothesline that knocks Jones down! Storm reaches down, pulls Jones back up and then lifts him up onto his shoulders before driving him down with Heroes End (one-handed electric chair driver)! The ref slides into place and makes the count.

The crowd boos as “Short Change Hero” hits the speakers.

Melanie Sierra: Here is your winner, MARK STORM!

The boos continue as Storm gets his arm raised in victory.

Geoff Penzer: Mark Storm picks up the victory over Patrick Jones. This was a much needed win for the Dogs of War member. What’s next for Storm? We’ll have to stay tuned to find out. But right now, we’re going to send it to the back to Amanda Johnson. Amanda…

Our scene shifts to an area backstage inside the SNHU Arena. Roving reporter Amanda Johnson can be seen power walking through the halls. After a few more strides, Amanda slows down before coming to a stop. The camera pans slightly to the right, revealing International Heavyweight Champion Chandler Scott outside of GM Hadley Herrera’s office. The shot of cheers brings cheers from the crowd. But it also brings about a fair share of boos.

Amanda Johnson: Chandler Scott!

Chandler Scott: … Amanda Johnson…

Amanda Johnson: Do you have a second?

Chandler Scott: I’ve got several. Shoot.

Amanda Johnson: I wanted to get your thoughts on what happened earlier in the ring. What the heck was that?

Chandler feigns ignorance.

Chandler Scott: What was quoi?

Amanda Johnson: Come on, Chandler. You know what I mean. Did you really have to do Cherry Baum like that?

Chandler scoffs.

Chandler Scott: Did I have to? Absolutely I did. All of this between me and Karma started because of her and her mouth. When me and Karma squared off last year on the first episode of Flashpoint after the draft, was there a bunch of tension heading into that match? No. What about a couple of months before that on Vertigo? Was there tension there? No. What about earlier this year? Did me and Karma have words then? No. We were just two competitive men who wanted to go out there and get the victory. But that wasn't the case at Above & Beyond. The buildup to that match quickly became personal because of the crap that Cherry Baum started. She started this, so I wanted her to finish it by admitting defeat. I didn’t need to hear it from Karma. I could already see it in his eyes. But I wanted to humble her. Was it petty of me to do it, especially since I’m the one that won? Of course it was petty. Do I care? Absolutely not.

There are some light cheers. But Chandler’s met with mostly boos after that rant. Amanda shakes her head as she’s clearly disappointed.

Amanda Johnson: Well, since I’ve got you here, I also want to get your thoughts on James Edwards.

The mention of the Burning Heart’s name gets a loud pop from the crowd. Chandler smirks at the mention of his name.

Chandler Scott: Ah yes, my old pal Jimmy Edwards. What about him.

Amanda Johnson: He said some interesting things to say. Especially when it came to him being the first one to challenge you for the International Heavyweight Championship. What are your thoughts?

Chandler Scott: You want my thoughts? My thoughts are this. James Edwards can say whatever he wants. That victory over Brian Stryker? It was a good victory. I won’t sell him short by taking away anything that he did at Above & Beyond. But if he thinks that he can just waltz on down to the ring and demand a title shot? If he thinks that what he did at Above & Beyond has earned him anything? Then he better think again, because he hasn’t earned jack! Now I was hoping that I could try and get a word with Hadley here. But surprise, surprise…

Chandler balls his hand into a fist and swings it at the door.

Chandler Scott: …our absentee General Manager once again can’t be bothered to speak to her employees.

Amanda Johnson: One last question, Chandler. Karma said that if cette was how you’re going to act as champion, then he had to disagree with the crowd because, in his mind, you don’t deserve to be champion. How do you respond?

Chandler runs his hand through his hair.

Chandler Scott: John Karma seems to be under the belief that I’ve proven him right. But that’s where he’s once again incorrect because Amanda, I didn’t prove him right. At Above & Beyond, I proved him wrong. See, him and his little pet parrot Cherry convinced themselves that the only way I was walking out of Los Angeles as the International heavyweight Champion would be by cheating. But ask yourself, Amanda. Did you see me poke him in the eyes? Did you see me rake the eyes? How about a low blow? Did you see that? Did you see someone run interference on my behalf? Did I pay anyone off to rough him up.

Amanda Johnson: No, I didn’t see any of those things. But I did see you come close – EXTREMELY close, might I add – to hitting Karma with a steel chair while the referee was down. How do you explain that?

The crowd boos the mention of Chandler coming very close to using the foreign object.

Chandler Scott: I explain that by saying this. Did the thought of taking advantage of the situation cross my mind? Obviously it did since I was the one that brought the chair into the ring. But as I stood there with my hands wrapped around the legs of that chair… as I stood there ready to break that chair over Karma’s head… I realized that I was better than that. I realized that if I wanted to become the International heavyweight Champion legitimately, I couldn’t take the easy way out. If I wanted to finally get that monkey off my back, I couldn’t do it the cheap way. I had to do it the hard way and that’s exactly what I did. I fought tooth and nail inside that ring, Amanda. Like I said earlier, I took everything that Karma threw at me and in the end, I won. I’m standing here with this championship across my shoulder because I outwrestled him. The sight of him seeing me with this championship sickens him. Il sickens him to know that he was wrong. Il sickens him to know that he doesn’t have any excuses to fall back on. By beating Karma clean in the center of the ring, not only did I prove that I was the better wrestler, but I showed that I 100% deserve to hold this championship. I for one am glad that the sight of me holding this belt hurts him. I hope that it eats him alive. As far as I’m concerned, John Karma can stand there and throw his hissy fits. He can try and be holier than thou all he wants. He can trash me until he's blue in the face. But the sad reality for John Karma is that his 2018 is going to end the exact same way as his beloved Mets: titleless.

Chandler turns to the camera to address Karma directly.

Chandler Scott: … and that’s not an insult, Karma. That’s just a fact of life, dummy!

Chandler winks at the camera before adjusting the championship on his shoulder and walking off. A mixed reaction from the crowd follows while Amanda continues to look on disappointed.

★★★ COMMERCIAL BREAK ★★★

Post by FGA Office on Oct 18, 2018 18:12:55 GMT -5

As the scene comes back from commercial break, it opens up on the ever famous red lion logo that is most associated with the FGA, which is placed above the Flashpoint logo. Standing in front of said logos, looking as lovely as ever, is ace interviewer Amanda Johnson. She stand there with a microphone in her hand and a smile on her face.

Amanda Johnson: We’ve already had a great night of action so far here in Manchester, but the night is far from over. We’ve already seen a defense of the United States championship in out opening contest, and in our main event, we have the FGA World Tag Team championships being defended…..

She is about to continue when a slight commotion is heard just off screen.

”YOU!”

Amanda turns and finds the figure of the former United States champion Savannah Taylor making her way up to Amanda. Savannah is dressed to compete, seeing as how her match is up next, and to say that she looked happy would be a vast understatement.

Amanda Johnson: Me?

Savannah Taylor: Yes, you.

Amanda Johnson: How may I help you, Savannah?

Savannah Taylor: Maybe you can explain something to me. How in the bluest of blue hells does Ashley Sullivan get off receiving a United States title match?

Amanda Johnson: Well….

Savannah holds up a hand to cut her off.

Savannah Taylor: Let me answer that for you. She doesn’t deserve it. She has done precisely zilch to warrant getting a title shot. The ONLY one on the entire Flashpoint roster who should be considered for the next title shot is me. I MADE that championship what it is. You can’t think of the FGA United States championship and NOT think of me. I feel I am more than worthy and more than deserving of the next shot. And no amount of posturing or grandstanding from a certain little derp face troll(/i) is going to convince these people otherwise.

For her part, Amanda remains slightly calms she nods her head.

Amanda Johnson: Well, if you feel that strongly about Ashley Sullivan getting a title shot before you, you’ll REALLY love this bit of news that I am about to break next.

Savannah looks at Amanda with mild curiosity.

Savannah Taylor: Explain.

Amanda Johnson: Well in two weeks on Episode Twenty Eight live in Boston, Massachusetts, the main event has already been announced. James Edwards and your good friend Salem will be in a number one contender’s match. The winner of this match will go on to Final Frontier to face Chandler Scott for the International Heavyweight championship.

Savannah closes her eyes and takes a few deep breaths to try and calm herself down.

Savannah Taylor: Come again, Amanda?

Amanda Johnson: This announcement came right from GM Hadley Herrera herself. She feels that out of everyone on the Flashpoint roster, those two are the top contenders for the International Heavyweight championship.

Amanda glances over at Savannah, who still hasn’t opened her eyes. A few seconds pass before the Las Vegas native opens her eyes, and her facial expression can only be described as controlled fury. Her ice blue eyes narrow as she stares Amanda down.

Savannah Taylor: ………..

She isn’t able to get the words in her head out, so she turns on her heel and heads towards the gorilla position as the scene switches to ringside.

★★★ SINGLES MATCH ★★★
Savannah Taylor vs. Michael Tomkins

"Cut my life into pieces…" the opening lines of "Last Resort" by Papa Roach hits, and the lights around the entrance go out to a lukewarm cheer. When they come up, Michael Tomkins stands still wearing his black leather jacket with the words "3 Seconds" embroidered on the back. Looking from left to right, with a hint of his arrogant smile. He raises an arm holding his middle three fingers, before heading down to the ring.

Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from London, England! Weighing in at 235 pounds… MICHAEL TOMKINS!

Michael climbs to the top rope, looking around the crowd before raising his arms. Taking in the moment, he closes his eyes, before jumping back down, ready to start his match.

Geoff Penzer: “The Rogue” is coming off of a big win for him at Above & Beyond when he defeated Alex Chalwell on the preshow. It seems like Tomkins has finally found his footing. For now, the future looks bright for FGA’s first-ever Heavyweight Champion. Can Tomkins continue his comeback and return to the very top of FGA? Seul le temps nous le dira.

There was silence; the lights began to fade away slowly. A soft instrumental echoes out across the audience. It starts slowly, a beautiful sound that contrasts the heaviness of the world. Like feathers, it glides among the waiting audience. The lighting fixtures produce a gentle spotlight upon the stage, offset by the occasional flash here and there. As the song continues, a woman’s words begin to come through. Her voice is tender, not raising upon a whisper.

Deceived by my eyes and all I was told I should see
Opinions not mine, the person they taught me to be
One night in the dark, a vision of someone I knew
And in the darkness I saw, a voice say, I'm you.

On the stage, a feminine figure appears. Her head lowered to everything. People cannot make out who it is. As she stands there, the flashes briefly illuminate her figure. It only gives small clues on who stands at the gate. She stands in the spotlight, her shadow cast large and proudly among the stage.

Inside me a light was turned on…

The instrumental picks up again. An electric guitar now joins the progressively exciting instrumentals of before. The singer’s voice suddenly intensifies.

Then I was alive!

In the light, it is revealed that it was Savannah Taylor. She stands at the gate, a robe of obsidian and ivory hues. The hood of it shadows her eyes, but the intensity of the final EXODUS World Champion remains clear as day. She starts off down the ramp, with a serious aura radiating from her body.

Melanie Sierra: And his opponent, hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada! She is the “Las Vegas Siren”, SAVANNAH TAYLOR!

If you close your eyes your life,
A naked truth revealed
Dreams you never lived,
And scars never healed

Savannah makes her way up the ring steps. She looks out towards the audience for a moment before entering the ring. From there, she heads for a turnbuckle. She stands there, taking in everything. She then lifts her up on top of it. She peers out in nothing, then takes off the hood with a flashy flourish. Her blonde locks fly up in the air. They descend, shaping her face as they famously do.

In the darkness, light will take you to the other side
You'll find me waiting there you'll see, if you just close your eyes

While she stands in her corner, she closes her eyes and takes a heavy breath. When her bright eyes open, Taylor is completely composed. There is nothing more than the heat of battle awaiting her. She takes off her robe, giving it to a stagehand. She stretches her wrists before devoting her mind to the war upon the horizon.

Geoff Penzer: Savannah Taylor was already ticked off upon finding out that Ashley Sullivan was getting the first crack at Salem and the United States Championship instead of her. She then nearly blew a gasket when she found out that Salem and James Edwards will be battling in the main event of the next Flashpoint to determine who will be the new #1 contender to Chandler Scott’s International Heavyweight Championship. Can the Las Vegas Siren focus in on this match or is she still seeing red?

The bell sounds as Taylor rushes over and tries to knock Tomkins off his feet with a yakuza kick. But Tomkins catches the kick and follows up with a leg sweep. When Taylor gets back to her feet, Tomkins grabs her by the arm, wrenches it and follows up with a hook kick that knocks her back down. He then takes the former United States Champion and sends her into the far ropes. When Taylor returns, the crowd cheers when Tomkins takes her down with a Lou Thesz Press and follows up with mounted elbows.

Geoff Penzer: So far, not so good for the Las Vegas Siren.

Tomkins takes Taylor, marches into the corner and slams her face-first into the top turnbuckle. He then turns Taylor around before sending her into the far corner. Tomkins runs across the ring to attack when Taylor knocks him back with a boot to the face. While Tomkins is dazed, Taylor hops onto the apron through the ropes and scales to the top turnbuckle. Taylor looks to go for Dancing Mad (diving somersault huracanrana). But Tomkins runs over towards the corner to shove her off the turnbuckle. So Taylor leaps over the oncoming Tomkins. Once she lands on her feet, her momentum sends her rolling forward. Once the Las Vegas Siren gets to her feet and turns around, Tomkins runs over and throws her down with an STO! He makes the cover.

Tomkins picks up Taylor and goes for an irish whip. But Taylor reverses. When Tomkins returns, the crowd boos when Taylor gives him a taste of his own medicine by tackling him down with a Lou Thesz Press. She then mounts on top of Tomkins before raining down punches to the face. The boos grow louder as Taylor continues her flurry of right hands to the face. The ref then gets in and has to move the Las Vegas Siren off of Tomkins. Taylor puts her arms up defensively and marches away from Tomkins. Taylor waits for her moment to strike while the ref tends to Tomkins. When Taylor sees Tomkins turn over on all fours, she rushes over and motions for a Curb Stomp. But she’s got to put on the brakes when Tomkins wisely rolls out onto the apron. So Taylor steps up out onto the apron, pulls Tomkins into a front facelock and plants him with a DDT on the apron! While Tomkins is face down on the apron, Taylor rolls back inside before running off into the far ropes. When Taylor returns, she connects with a baseball slide, sending Tomkins flying off the apron and to the floor. She then slips out onto the apron before pulling herself up. When Tomkins finally returns to a vertical base, the crowd boos when Taylor knocks him back down with an Asai Moonsault! Taylor takes Tomkins and rolls him back inside before sliding back in to make the cover.

Taylor pulls Tomkins back up, places him in a front facelock and drives him down with a bulldog. The Las Vegas Siren pulls up Tomkins by the back of the tights, grabs him from behind and drives him back down face-first into the canvas. This time, with Blonde Ambition (forward russian legsweep)! She then heads into the corner and waits for Tomkins to get into position. Once Tomkins slowly pushes himself up on all fours, Taylor runs out of the corner, leaps up and drives him down with a Curb Stomp! The boos continue as she pulls Tomkins over and makes the cover.

Taylor then heads back into the far corner, comes back and blasts Tomkins with a yakuza kick! She then pulls Tomkins from out of the corner and rocks him with the Ultimecia (spinning backfist)! She then doubles Tomkins over with a boot to the midsection, hooks him and plants him with the Siren’s Song (Scissored DDT)! The boos continue as she makes the cover.

Geoff Penzer: Savannah Taylor takes care of business here tonight as she bounces back with a win over Michael Tomkins! While the Las Vegas Siren is probably satisfied over getting the W, she truly won’t be happy until she gets that US Championship back around her waist.

HEADLINE
★★★ SINGLES MATCH ★★★
Brian Stryker vs. Dan Herrera

"Watch Me Burn" starts playing as Brian Stryker comes walking out from the back. He has his hood up as he keeps his hands in the pockets of his hoodie. Strolling down the ramp, Stryker looks at a few of his former fans as they boo him, smiling at them as he fakes them out with sudden move, laughing as they flinch.

Melanie Sierra: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, hailing from Maui, Hawaii! You're savor of the masses, the Man you all came to see. Welcome to The Brian Stryker Experience!

He climbs up the steps as he climbs over the ropes into the ring. He stands in the center of the ring as he unzips his hoodie and lets it fall off him as he stands there posing like a Greek statue. Once he finished basking in the "cheers" of his adoring public, Stryker kicks his hoodie out of the ring and leans sideways against the turnbuckle and waits.

Geoff Penzer: Brian Stryker was unsuccessful in his fight against James Edwards at Above & Beyond VI. He didn’t like how his night ended on Pay Per View and neither did this man…

…Spoken…
"May I remind you again, this is a dream, and in dreams, you can do anything you darn please!"

When the first bass drum thumps, Dan pulls the curtain back and walks out from behind the curtain with his girlfriend Peaches hanging onto his arm. He gives a head nod to the fans before leaning over and giving Peaches a long kiss at the top of the ramp. He then begins heading towards the ring as a spotlight stays on them.

My knuckles have turned to white.
There's no turning back tonight.
Kiss me one last time

As Dan and Peaches make their way to the ring Dan slaps hands with the fans on one side of the entrance-way while Peaches walks down the other side slapping hands with the fans there. At the bottom of the entrance way, Peaches leans in and gives Dan a peck on the cheek as the pair go their separate ways.

Melanie Sierra: His opponent, hailing from Raleigh, North Carolina! Weighing in at 200 pounds… DAN HERRERA!

Dan gets to the ring and walks up the stairs. He swings around the ring post and ducks between the top and middle rope. Peaches on the other hand walks around the ring apron towards the commentary desk where she finds a folding chair waiting for her next to the ring announcer. Once in the ring Dan walks over showing his taped wrists to the referee who nods at him and sends him to his corner. He grabs the ropes on either side of the turnbuckle and leans in with his head down prepping himself for the match to begin.

Geoff Penzer: Dan Herrera and Peaches have spent the better part of 2018 trying to get back to the top of the tag team scene here on Flashpoint. They got their shot at Above & Beyond and were obviously disappointed in coming up short. But what has really ticked both Herrera and Peaches off is the fact that The Chaotics felt the need to attack them after the match. I thought The Chaotics were better than that. But I guess not!

The bell sounds as Stryker and Herrera lock up. After jockeying for position, Herrera is quick to shove Stryker down to the mat. After Stryker rolls off the mat and back to his feet, he runs back over towards Herrera and locks up with him a second time. Once again, Herrera is quick to shove Stryker down to the canvas. After Stryker rolls back to his feet and runs over towards Herrera. This time, Stryker strops and hits Herrera with a kick to the midsection. He then knocks Herrera back with multiple knife edge chops. He then goes for an irish whip. But Herrera reverses. When Stryker comes back, Herrera goes for a back body drop. Stryker ends up slipping down from behind. After Stryker applies a waist lock, Herrera runs forwards towards the ropes, wraps his arms around the top rope and yanks back, sending Stryker flying off his back and down to the mat. Once Stryker rolls back to a vertical base, Herrera comes off the ropes and throws out a discus elbow strike. But Stryker ducks and heads into the ropes. When Herrera turns around, Stryker executes a running hurricanrana. A running dropkick follows up, sending Herrera through the ropes and onto the apron. While Herrera pulls himself up using the ropes, Stryker runs into the corner and goes for a triangle dropkick. But Herrera ducks. Once Stryker gets back to his feet, Herrera doubles him over with a shoulder thrust through the ropes. He then grabs Stryker before going for a vertical suplex off the apron and to the floor! But Stryker’s able to slip down and land on his feet. He reaches up, grabs Herrera by the ankles and yanks him off the apron! The crowd boos when Herrera smacks his face against the edge of the apron on the way down. After rolling back inside, Stryker takes off into the far ropes. When Stryker comes back, the boos turn to cheers when Herrera slides back inside and turns him inside out with a lariat! He makes the cover.

When Stryker returns, he tries to slide through Herrera’s legs. But Herrera reaches down and grabs him by the hair with both hands! After pulling Stryker up to his feet, Herrera takes Stryker, runs and tosses him through the ropes and to the floor!

Geoff Penzer: Stryker just got chucked to the outside!

Stryker slowly picks himself up off the apron. When he pulls himself up onto the apron, Herrera grabs him and brings him back inside with a belly to belly suplex! The cheers continue as he makes the cover.

The ref is quick to rush over and give Stryker until the count of five to break the illegal hold.

While Herrera slumps down in the corner, Stryker walks across the ring towards the adjacent corner. After stepping out onto the apron, Stryker scales to the top turnbuckle and leaps across the ring for the Coast to Coast. But Herrera rolls out onto the apron, causing Stryker to crash into the corner!

Geoff Penzer: Nobody was home! The high risk backfired On The Brian Stryker Experience!

He then stalks Stryker while Stryker tries to get back to a vertical base. Once Stryker gets back to his feet and turns around, Herrera runs over and knocks him down with a spinning heel kick! He then takes Stryker and sends him back into the ropes. When Stryker returns, Herrera knocks him down with a discus elbow strike! The cheers continue as Herrera heads into the corner and begins waving up Stryker. Stryker slowly turns over on all fours before getting up on one foot. Once he gets back to a vertical base and turns around, Herrera charges from out of the corner and goes for a spear. At the last second, Stryker counters with a jumping knee strike before bringing Herrera down with the Overdose (straight jacket Shiranui)! After a running Shooting Star Press is delivered, Stryker pulls up Herrera, marches into the corner and slams him face-first into the top turnbuckle. He then sits Herrera up on the top turnbuckle facing away from the ring before climbing the ropes. Stryker grabs a hold of Herrera and throws him down with a Spider Suplex! Geoff Penzer: Brian Stryker bounces back from his loss at Above & Beyond VI with a win here tonight over Dan Herrera. This time last year, Stryker was on a run that saw him successfully defend the 15 Championship four times in a row. He was arguably at his hottest here in FGA. Will Stryker go on another incredible run to end 2018?

Post by FGA Office on Oct 18, 2018 18:16:08 GMT -5

The FGA 15 Champion Kendall Kingham is shown on the screen backstage, drawing a big cheer from the crowd. She’s dressed in her usual casual wear, with shutter shades and a custom jacket with “DON’T TAKE SUCCESS FOR GRANITE!” (a little New Hampshire play on words you see) airbrushed onto the back. The 15 Championship belt is slung over her shoulder and she’s got a microphone in her right hand. Waving with her other hand, she flashes a big smile.

Kendall Kingham: Sup guys? Sounds like the Flashpoint Zone’s pretty lit here in Manchester!

She exclaims, seemingly oblivious to the near-cringe levels of cheese.

Kendall Kingham: We had a pretty great Pay Per View and are keeping things rolling here. Wish I was in action, but it’s pretty sweet to get the best seat in the house to watch everything too. So uh, anyways, it was a pretty good show for me especially.

A nod.

Kendall Kingham: Got title defense number … two? Three? Does the time limit draw count as one? I kinda feel like no because I should need to win, but I don’t make the rules.

Her nose crinkles as she considers that, then eventually shrugs.

Kendall Kingham: Anyways I got title defense number two or three done, and that was a big one. Like I’ve said, Cassius is a dude that’s not just a super talented challenger, Rey del Aire winner, but someone I’ve felt like I’ve been chasing and a step behind every time our careers have crossed paths and stuff. So it’s good for me to get that and show I’m headed in the right direction. But I can’t rest there, being a Champion’s not about talking about what a good Champ you’ve been, it’s about taking opportunities to better yourself and prove yourself! So I gotta look ahead to what’s next.

She pauses.

Kendall Kingham: Admittedly I might not have handled things my best last time, listing off all the names I could think of with people who could be challengers. I mean it turned into me getting a great challenge in the end, so it worked out, but realistically I overlooked some people maybe I shoulda thought to mention and not to be like … mean but I mentioned a name like Chalwell because I thought he’d lay claim to a title shot after that countout win over me. But he hasn’t really stepped up, or seemed that hungry or like he wants it that bad.

A shrug.

Kendall Kingham: So I’m not gonna go that way this time. I’m gonna make this really simple, instead of trying to decide who the best challengers are or whatever. I think here we’re about competing to be the best, iron sharpens iron and all that. So if you want it bad enough, if you’re willing to push yourself and push me, if you’re hungry and gonna step up to stake your claim? I’ll fight you, I’ll defend this title against you.

Holding the belt out in her free hand, she enthusiastically looks to conclude her speech.

Kendall Kingham: This right here, it’s like something to value, something worth fighting for. So if you’re ready to do that, step up! Look forward to seeing wh–

Before Kendall can finish her sentence she is suddenly interrupted by the loud, deep roar of Sloan Talbot, who bowls over the FGA 15 Champion, sending her face first into the ground! Her championship belt as well as her shutter shades go flying, and before she can even move a muscle to defend herself Talbot goes back on the attack, lifting her into the air by claw-gripping her skull before sending her face first into the wall! Kingham crumples to the ground, a smattering of blood on the white brick wall of the arena corridor where her face met it. A vicious Sloan Talbot continues his assault, picking the limp, lifeless body of Kendall Kingham up from the floor where she lay and lifting her up into a gorilla press with ease, holding her there for several seconds before slamming her back down to the floor with a spinebuster, her head violently bouncing off the concrete as she lands.

Sloan stands atop her eerily still body for a moment, emotionlessly surveying his surroundings before he takes a deliberate step out of shot and returning with Kendall’s FGA 15 Championship belt. He studies it for a short moment then takes a knee beside the champion, laying her belt across her chest. With his final act, the big man runs a hand across her bloodied face, then across her belt – smearing her blood on the face of her own championship belt. Talbot stands now, staring down at Kendall Kingham for a few more moments before slicking back his hair with his bloodied hands and disappearing out of sight.

Geoff Penzer: Wrestling fans, we’re back from back. Just minutes ago, we saw the FGA 15 Champion Kendall Kingham lay out an open challenge to any title hopeful that wanted to step up to the plate. Out of nowhere came that lumbering brute Sloan Talbot to attack Kingham from behind! It was a brutal assault we just witnessed, fans! It was an assault that left Kingham bloodied and unconscious! We’re still trying to get word on the extent of her condition. We hope she’s alright. I don’t know what the heck Sloan was thinking. This is a wrestling show! That isn’t how you “step up to the plate”, man! Come on!…

The lights in the SNHU Arena blink out, plunging the arena into darkness, prompting a typical pop from an audience grown conditioned to cheer for what they can’t see… though the reaction immediately grows mixed as the word CHAOS appears in bright red letters on the Tron and Kavinsky’s “Deadcruiser” hits the PA system.

Geoff Penzer: And here comes a team that has a ton of explaining to do– and a huge mountain to climb tonight!

A haze appears at the top of the ramp and two figures emerge, standing as silhouettes in the mist before glancing toward each other– and each figure raises a belt high above their heads. As the song plays on, picking up pace, the FGA World Tag Team Champions, Ashlyn De Luca and Logan Alexander stride forward, emerging from the mist in a fashion unusual to their typical entrance. The two pause near the bottom of the ramp, surveying the audience. Ashlyn takes off and slides into the ring beneath the bottom rope, rising to a knee in the center while Logan Alexander climbs the stairs, stepping onto the apron as he places the FGA World Title belt on his shoulder. He looks out into the audience, seeming to take in the greeting rather than react to it.

Geoff Penzer: A very, very vocal crowd here this evening. This is the first time we’ve really seen Logan Alexander or Ashlyn De Luca in three weeks. And who knows what’s going through their minds at this moment? The Chaotics lived up to their name at Above & Beyond, but at what cost? You have to wonder if they’ve truly considered the repercussions here.

Ashlyn rises to her feet as Logan enters the ring. The music fades and a deafening reaction washes over the FGA World Tag Team Champions. The pockets of familiar cheers ring out the clearest at first, but as Ashlyn De Luca accepts a microphone from the timekeeper and gazes out at the crowd, the jeers rain down, creating a mixed reaction. The camera pans around to the live audience, displaying a variety of signs in the crowd including “WHY ASHLYN WHY”, “LOGAN ALEXANDER IS A BAD INFLUENCE” and “…THEY HAD THIS COMING TBH.”

Geoff Penzer: Lots of people in Manchester tonight, not impressed with the recent actions of the Chaotics.

Ashlyn takes a deep breath and begins to raise the microphone, but gives a bit of an exaggerated frown as a chorus of boos interrupts.

“BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO…”

Ashlyn lowers the microphone and moves over to Logan, saying something quietly to him that isn’t picked up by the entirety of the arena… before both of them calmly turn toward the hard camera, both raising their Tag Team Championships high in the air, earning another loud mixed reaction from the partisan crowd. Ashlyn takes a step back and places her belt on her shoulder while Logan begins to encourage the crowd to get louder, drawing out more of a negative response. He smirks good naturedly at the rebuke, before matching Ashlyn and putting his belt over his shoulder as well. De Luca raises a finger, a pondering look on her face before she finally speaks.

Ashlyn De Luca: You know why you guys feel that way? And that– that stings a little bit, by the way. But really, do you know Pourquoi you guys feel this way right now?

Ashlyn shakes her head slightly.

Ashlyn De Luca: Because somehow, somewhere along the line, somebody conditioned all of you to care more about Peaches, and care more about Dan Herrera than you care about the FGA World Tag Team Championships. And to be real with you, I don’t think that’s okay. I don’t think Je suis willing to sacrifice the integrity of these titles for the sake of a team that didn’t deserve to be in a title match to begin with. Are you, Logan?

Logan Alexander: Bien sûr que non.

At that, the crowd begins to boo loudly again. Logan pauses and looks around at the crowd.

Logan Alexander: I mean, we get it. We know that everyone out here wants to see the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad walking around with these championships around their waists once again. But like I’ve been saying for the last month or so, what have they done to earn these?

He grabs his title and holds it up in the air once more. Ashlyn turns toward shouting members of the surrounding audience with a shrug, repeating aloud, “what have they done?” Logan lowers the belt and puts it back on his shoulder.

Logan Alexander: They haven’t proven themselves. They won a warm up match something like six or seven weeks ago. They fought the Dogs of War to a draw to earn their title match.

He rolls his eyes at that, drawing a few more jeers.

Logan Alexander: Then when it came time to backup all the trash talking, Dan and Peaches could… NOT… do it. That is why the two of us are standing here together.

He smiles widely.

Logan Alexander: Et STILL

He once again thrusts his championship into the air to punctuate his last point.

Ashlyn De Luca: And… at this rate, toujours your World. Tag. Team. Champions. No disrespect, Triple Double A.

Ashlyn smirks and slowly raises her championship again, this time drawing a much deeper chorus of boos from the crowd in the SNHU Arena. The team lower their titles, but Ashlyn raises a brow at the reaction, seeming to debate whether or not to address it before she moves on.

Ashlyn De Luca: And I know people are acting like we should be grateful or humble for being in the main event tonight, but… the thing people forget is, we should toujours be in the main event. One of us, both of us… that’s where you put the best wrestlers on your roster. In the main event. That’s how you treat the best wrestlers on your roster. With some fff…

Ashlyn bites her lip, laughing a little under her breath.

Ashlyn De Luca: …with some respect.

She turns away from the hard camera, and instead toward the ramp. Another short, bitter laugh.

Ashlyn De Luca: And I know, that’s this tired, overused word in this business– respect— but it’s like you have to get the concept of respect over because no one gets it anymore. Seriously. The thing that pisses me off is, Peaches and Dan get opportunity after opportunity, as singles competitors, as a tag team, as goddamn title contenders and there is rien athletically that either of them have done in the year of our Lord 2018 to justify it. What happened at Above & Beyond was COMPLETELY ridiculous. You gift the Dogs of War for being goons in the backstage area but completely inept between the ropes? You gift Polychromatic because– Pourquoi? Because you like them? Because as Peaches tried to justify on Twitter, because it’s been a while? Are you kidding me? Cette is disrespect. That’s– that’s beyond disrespect. That’s a General Manager that has very clearly lost her goddamn mind.

Logan Alexander: Well, either that or her favouritism knows no bounds. What do we have to do to get even one of those opportunities? We’ve already run roughshod over Hadley’s all star team from July. Smart Style? Beat em while we were at odds. Dogs of War? Left in a heap at ringside. P.L.A.S.? Beat em after taking out the Dogs. We prove ourselves time after time in this ring and right now we are undisputedly le meilleur team on this brand and probably even in this company.

“BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”

The pockets of cheers are nearly drowned out in the deafening negative reaction. Ashlyn’s eyebrows arch and she laughs a little, raising the mic as she looks toward Logan.

Ashlyn De Luca: Knew they’d like that one.

She gestures toward the ramp.

Ashlyn De Luca: So now, like we were trying to tell Amanda earlier, we get to face somebody that actually deserves a shot at the Tag Team Titles. We get to face someone that did the unthinkable and… gasp… WON A MATCH to get a shot at th…

Ashlyn looks confused as the audience begins growing steadily louder. She lowers her mic and gives Logan a concerned look before glancing around in each direction.

Peaches: Now hold your horses, y’all.

The voice sounds out throughout the ringside area, but the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad are nowhere to be seen. Not in the aisle, not at ringside. But they’re there somewhere, and The Chaotics continue looking around to try and find them.

Dan Herrera: We were backstage listening to what you two were saying, and…to be blunt, we just couldn’t stand it anymore. The lies, the twisting of words, the complete and utter amount of sheer bullsh*t that you’re spewing right now.

Peaches: An’ it’s even more than usual!

Finally the fans seem to part, and standing there at the back of the crowd are none other than Peaches and Dan Herrera. Still dressed in their ring attire after Dan’s match earlier this evening, the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad slowly start walking towards the ring as they speak.

Peaches: Y’all keep comin’ out here an’ talkin’ ‘bout things like respect. As if you’ve got any idea ‘bout what that really means. ‘Cause lemme just make this real clear for y’all, so you ain’t gonna misunderstand no more. What Logan did before All Star Showdown was disrespect.

She puts a certain of emphasis on the word, while Ashlyn De Luca looks visibly disgusted in a quick shot of the Grapplers inside the ring.

Peaches: What Logan did à All Star Showdown…was disrespect. When y’all decided that you was above Flashpoint. That you was above the rest of your team mates. That’s disrespectful as hell.

Dan Herrera: But we remember last December. Final Frontier, when you defeated us to retain those titles. And we remember because that was the last time we were in the title picture. And we remember because after that night we picked ourselves by the bootstraps and we went about working our way back up the rankings. We started climbing the ladder again…just like contenders are supposed to do.

Peaches: Was it a smooth ride? Hell no. But we weathered the storm. We persevered. An’ we kept goin’ until y’all decided you were above us. Until you spat in our faces, and the faces of each an’ every Flashpoint fan back at All Star Showdown.

The pair stop half way towards the ring, looking around the arena at the cheering fans. But neither Peaches nor Dan look altogether pleased, not when The Chaotics are in that ring with the FGA World Tag Team titles in their possession. Ashlyn and Logan just continue glaring out of the ring towards their rivals as Dan gets ready to speak again.

Dan Herrera: And after you beat Smart Style again, Hadley decided that you needed a new contender. So she made a number one contender’s match – you know, like how general managers are supposed to do. But that match ended in a draw so, again like how general managers have done since the beginning of time, she made a triple threat match. And then all hell broke loose!

Peaches: An’ yeah, you walked outta Above & Beyond still the FGA World Tag Team Champions. That ain’t the thing that’s pissin’ us off. But y’all think you’re justified in attacking us after the match? ‘Cause y’all think you’re the best team on Flashpoint. The best team in FGA. Y’all think we didn’t deserve to be there?

Again, Peaches and Dan start walking. Quicker than before, they’re making a beeline for the ringside area as Peaches speaks up again.

Peaches: Well that’s the funny thing. As different as we are, there’s somethings we’ve all got in common. Like we think y’all deserve this asswhoopin’ you’re about to get!

With that, Peaches and Dan both hop the barricade and charge towards the ring. They slide in under the bottom rope as, on the other side of the ring, Ashlyn powders out as quick as a flash. Logan steps out through the middle rope, making clear that they don’t want any part of the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad – not right before the main event, anyway! Ashlyn hops the barricade, standing in the front row while Logan backs away from the ring with a glare.

Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics just cheesed it out of the ring!

The crowd continue cheering, urging Peaches and Dan onwards as security staff begin to swarm from the backstage area. They position themselves between both teams right as Logan Alexander climbs over the barricade to join his partner. Peaches picks up the microphone she’d dropped in the action.

Peaches: Yeah, you better run! But you listen up now, you hear. We ain’t done with you! You ain’t gettin’ away with this! An’ one day soon, we’re gonna get another shot at those FGA World Tag Team titles an’ on that night, we’re gonna see who’s the best tag team here on Flashpoint! ‘Cause on that night, we’re kickin’ your asses!

Peaches throws down the microphone and storms towards the ropes nearest the barricade. The security staff keep both teams separated, and there’s no way the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad are going to break through the lines. Ashlyn holds a palm up, looking toward Peaches with a look feigning disbelief. She sighs and taps the microphone on the top of the barricade to get attention before raising the mic.

Ashlyn De Luca: We don’t need this. We’re literally like two minutes away from a main event– something you guys shouldn’t be anywhere near. Security, for the love of god.

Thunderous boos flood the arena again as security motions for PCLAS to exit the ring on the side nearest the ramp. Ashlyn cups a hand to her ear, pretending she can’t hear Peaches as her fellow Georgian jaws off.

Geoff Penzer: The Chaotics are demanding that security clear the ring– and I mean, I get it. But you can’t blame Peaches and Dan Herrera for feeling the way they do. Ashlyn De Luca and Logan Alexander crossed the line three weeks ago. They ambushed Peaches and Dan. That much is clear! But right now, we have a World Tag Team Title defense, and Hadley can’t allow the Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad to interfere in that, no matter how high emotions are!

The Polychromatic Lion Attack Squad are forced to back up the ramp as a wall of security ushers them out. Ashlyn and Logan simultaneously raise their championships high one last time, to almost-unanimous boos as PCLAS are backed up the ramp and through the curtains to the back.

Geoff Penzer: We have to take one more break, but when we come back, the Chaotics put their Tag Team Championships on the line against Ashley Chase and Antoinette Sands of AAA. It’s our main event, when we come back!
